  The Hefei-Sixian section of the Hefei-Xinyi high-speed railway was officially put into operation on Tuesday, marking the opening of another fast passenger line between Hefei City and eastern Anhui Province.
  The Hefei-Xinyi high-speed railway starts from Hefei West Railway Station in Hefei, and terminates at Xinyi East Railway Station in Xinyi City of Jiangsu Province. Spanning approximately 335 kilometers and with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, the railway is being constructed in phases.
