NamPower lists N.dollars 5 billion DMTN programme
WINDHOEK, 17 April 2026 - ENERGY SECURITY: NamPower has listed a N.dollars 5 billion Domestic Medium-Term Note (DMTN) programme on the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX). The programme, arranged in partnership with Cirrus Securities and Nedbank Namibia, provides the state-owned utility with flexible access to domestic debt capital markets to fund planned infrastructure and energy projects.
