Food bank benefits the wrong people

WINDHOEK, 13 AUG (NAMPA) - Majority beneficiaries of the Ministry of Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare’s Food Bank earn above N.dollars 400 per month, which is against the qualifying criteria and illegal.
