1 (OTJIWARONGO, 15 AUG, NAMPA) – Three men linked to the death of a 43-year-old man who was stoned to death at Otjiwarongo last week, have appeared in the Otjiwarongo Magistrate’s Court.

Tobias Fillemon Nghikongelwa was attacked by five men in the DRC informal settlement at around 01h00 last Tuesday.
