Rosh Pinah solar power plant up and running

KEETMANSHOOP, 15 AUG (NAMPA) – The 5 megawatt (MW) solar energy plant built at Rosh Pinah over the last few months by private Namibian company, Aloe Energy Investment, has been completed.
The project was constructed at a cost of N.dollars 124 million by the Namibian start-up in partnership with Spanish company, AEE Power.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the initiative was held at the zinc-mining town in February, followed by the construction process from April till July.
