1.SWAKOPMUND, 11 SEP (NAMPA) - A 20-year-old man was arrested at Tsawises Post No. 3 in the Khorixas area over the weekend in connection with the theft of 14 donkeys.

He is one of five suspects; the other four managed to evade capture.
