Lack of money is hampering our future sport stars: Shapwa

WINDHOEK, 13 SEP (NAMPA) – The national under-20 (U20) rugby team would have done better at the recent World Rugby U-20 Trophy if it had enough funds to prepare, Sports Commissioner Monica Shapwa has said.
Shapwa, who accompanied the team to Uruguay where the event took place from 29 August to 10 September, said the biggest challenge facing sports in the country is the lack of money.
