1 (WINDHOEK, 13 NOV NAMPA) – A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Friday over the death of 35-year-old Johannes Mokhatu in Gobabis.
The Namibian Police Force crime report issued yesterday said the suspect and victim were drinking alcohol at the Kanaan A informal settlement in Epako, when an argument broke out between the two.
