SANTIAGO, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- China and Chile have agreed to upgrade their free trade agreement (FTA), a move that will boost both economies, a former official of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) told Xinhua.
