Ex-Swapo coordinator appeal begins in High Court

WINDHOEK, 17 NOV (NAMPA) - The hearing of an appeal application by a man convicted of raping a former colleague during an official trip to the Zambezi Region in July 2013, began in the High Court here on Friday.
The appeal kicked off before High Court Judges Dinah Usiku and Christie Liebenberg.
