Women’s Leadership Centre initiates Lesbian Festival

WINDHOEK, 22 NOV (NAMPA) – The Women’s Leadership Centre (WLC), a Namibian feminist organisation based in Windhoek, has organised a festival to support and empower young marginalised lesbians in the country.
Speaking at a press conference held here on Tuesday, WLC volunteer, Florence /Kaxas said the aim of the festival is to increase pride and public support for the equal human rights of lesbians in Namibia.
