Sister parties call for unity within Swapo

WINDHOEK, 23 NOV (NAMPA) – The Swapo party should remain united regardless of how the congress election results turn out.
These sentiments were expressed by representatives of Swapo’s sister parties here on Thursday during the opening ceremony of the party’s 6th Ordinary Congress.
The congress will also see elections for the party’s top four positions of president, vice president, secretary-general and deputy secretary-general on Sunday.
