Over 8 700 plots serviced since HPP launch

WINDHOEK, 13 DEC (NAMPA) - A total of 8 769 plots were serviced since the launch of the Harambee Prosperity Plan (HPP) in April 2016.
Speaking at the year-in-review media conference here on Wednesday, Economic Advisor in the Office of the Presidency, John Steytler said 2 414 plots were serviced through the government-funded Massive Urban Land Servicing Programme, while 1 190 were serviced by local authorities, and 2 003 serviced through public-private partnerships (PPPs).
