Okaku to host Peter Shambo Marathon

OKAKU, 17 DEC (NAMPA) – A marathon championship named after businessman, Petrus Shambo, will be held at Okaku Constituency in the Oshana Region on 23 December this year.
Shambo, who is also the sponsor of the event, said his family set aside N.dollars 150 000 for the Shokonawa Academy of Namibian marathon runner, Gabriel Simon Shokonawa, to organise the championship for this year and the next two years.
