Drunken cyclist hits truck, driver flees scene

WINDHOEK, 17 DEC (NAMPA) – An overly intoxicated cyclist sustained injuries after he bumped into an oncoming truck in Okuryangava residential area in the capital on Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred at around 13h00 in Ongava Street, after which the driver and passenger of the truck fled the scene, ditching the vehicle.
