Forty new houses handed over in Otjiwarongo

OTJIWARONGO, 16 JAN (NAMPA) - The Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Sophia Shaningwa on Tuesday handed over 40 new houses to their owners at Otjiwarongo’s Freedom and Heroes parks.
Shaningwa said the 40 houses were constructed through a public-private partnership (PPP) arrangement between the Otjiwarongo Municipality and a number of developers.
