1 (WINDHOEK, 18 JAN (NAMPA) – The by-election for the Ncuncuni Constituency in the Kavango West Region will be held on 28 March 2018 to fill the vacancy left when councillor Rosa Kavara died earlier this month.

Kavara passed away at the Lady Pohamba Private Hospital in Windhoek on 02 January 2018 after she had a stroke.
