Grade 5 learner dies after being shot at school

OSHAKATI, 18 JAN (NAMPA) - A Grade 5 learner died instantly on Thursday after he was accidentally shot by his 11-year-old classmate at Iimbili Combined School in the Ohangwena Region.
A media statement issued by the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture said the incident occurred during break time while the two boys were playing.
The 11-year-old accidentally fired a shot at the deceased, who was 13 years old.
