1 (OSHAKATI, 19 JAN (NAMPA) - A Grade 5 learner died instantly on Thursday after he was accidentally shot by his 11-year-old classmate at Iimbili Combined School in the Ohangwena Region.

A media statement issued by the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture said the incident occurred during break time while the two boys were playing.
