Omusati woman in hospital after attack by boyfriend

OSHAKATI, 21 JAN (NAMPA) - A woman from the Otapatapa village in the Omusati Region is fighting for her life after she was attacked with a panga allegedly by her boyfriend on Saturday.
A police report issued by the region's Namibian Police Force spokesperson, Liinekela Shikongo on Saturday said the 23-year-old woman was injured on the head, neck and hands.
She was admitted to the Okahao Hospital and was then transferred to the Oshakati State Hospital.
