Farmer found guilty of shooting and killing wife

WINDHOEK, 23 JAN (NAMPA) - A farmer on trial in the High Court for shooting and killing his wife at Aranos in 2010, was on Tuesday found guilty as charged in the High Court.
Willem Visagie Barnard, 64, was found guilty of murder with direct intent to kill in connection with the events of the night of 10 April 2010 when he gunned down his wife, Anette Barnard, with a revolver in their living room at Farm Chorus.
