Canaan toilets projects grinds to a halt

GOBABIS, 14 FEB (NAMPA) – The envisaged construction of flush toilets in Gobabis’ Canaan informal settlement has hit a snag, as the local town council scramble for ways to get the project off the ground.
The toilets, whose construction was due to start last year, were expected to alleviate sanitation problems often faced by residents at the informal settlement.
