Netherlands registers highest economic growth in 10 years

THE HAGUE, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- The economy in the Netherlands grew by 3.1 percent over the full-year 2017, the highest growth since 2007, the Dutch Central Bureau of Statistics CBS announced on Wednesday.
In 2016 the growth figure was 2.2 percent. The last time the growth figure was higher than in 2017 was in 2007, when it was 3.7 percent.
According to the CBS the growth is broadly driven by exports, more investments and more consumption compared with the previous year. In the fourth quarter of ...
