State funeral for Schimming-Chase

WINDHOEK, 14 MAR (NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob on Wednesday accorded the late Nora Schimming-Chase a State funeral, according to a statement issued by Press Secretary, Alfredo Hengari.
“In terms of Article 32 (8) of the Namibian Constitution, President Geingob has conferred the honour of an official State funeral on the late Schimming-Chase,” the statement read.
