ONGWEDIVA, 16 MAR – Acting Secretary of the Ondonga Traditional Authority (OTA) Council, Nepando Amupanda has rubbished allegations that King Immanuel Kauluma Elifas of Ondonga has authorised a community mass meeting to be held at Oluno this weekend.
