Man in hospital after being shot in the head at Otjiwarongo

OTJIWARONGO, 22 APR (NAMPA) - A 20-year-old man is in a serious, but stable condition at the Otjiwarongo State Hospital after he was shot in the head in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) in the Otjozondjupa Region, Warrant Officer Maureen Mbeha told Nampa a 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the shooting.
Mbeha said the incident occurred around 03h50 Sunday morning at a bar in the Orwetoveni residential area.
