OVTC students commissioned for school hall renovation

OKAKARARA, 26 APR (NAMPA) – The Otjozondjupa Regional Council has sought the services of third-year brick-making and plastering students from the Okakarara Vocational Training Centre (OVTC) for the renovation of the Okakarara Senior Secondary School hall.
This, according to Regional Governor, Otto Ipinge, came after three local contractors presented “exorbitant” quotations to the council for the renovation.
