High Court sets date for Ondonga case hearing

OSHAKATI, 14 MAY (NAMPA) – The High Court at Oshakati on Monday set 31 July to 01 August this year as dates for the hearing of the case between Ondonga Traditional Authority (OTA) King Immanuel Kauluma Elifas and dismissed OTA traditional leaders.
“Today, we just came to get the date for the court hearing,” said Tashiya Iifo, the lawyer representing the traditional leaders whom Elifas reportedly dismissed on alleged gross misconduct in July last year.
