Murder accused Boois testifying Thursday

WINDHOEK, 13 JUN (NAMPA) – A resident of Tses on trial in the High Court for allegedly committing a host of violent crimes, including raping and murdering a pregnant woman in 2014, is scheduled to testify in his own defence Thursday morning.
Jesaya Boois, 41, was scheduled to present his evidence before court on Wednesday, but his case was rolled-over to Thursday in order to allow enough time for him to consult his State-funded defence lawyer, Titus Mbaeva.
