Vandalism, theft at parks and cemeteries a concern: CoW

WINDHOEK, 12 JUN (NAMPA) – The City of Windhoek (CoW) has depleted the annual N.dollars 500 000 budget allocated to the maintenance of parks and cemeteries due to theft and vandalism.
This is according to the CoW’s manager for parks in the department of economic development and community services, Uakazuvaka Kazombiaze.
Kazombiaze in an interview with Nampa recently said besides the repairs currently underway, the CoW is unable to make new repairs on vandalised or stolen items in parks in Katutu ...
