Use available means to raise funds: Hanse-Himarwa

WINDHOEK, 21 JUN (NAMPA) - Minister of Education, Arts and Culture Katrina Hanse-Himarwa has urged schools to use available means to raise funds to boost their resource base amid reduced education grants for the 2017/18 financial year.
