School cleaner arrested at Otjiwarongo for alleged theft of hostel food

OTJIWARONGO, 25 JUN (NAMPA) - A cleaner at Karundu Primary School in Otjiwarongo has been arrested after food stolen from the school’s hostel kitchen was recovered from his house on Sunday.
The 28-year-old cleaner and his 27-year-old accomplice were arrested after beef and game carcasses, as well as boxes of chicken, fish and cheese were recovered from his house by members of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol), who were accompanied by teachers from the school.
