1 (KHARTOUM, 26 JUN, XINHUA) - South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit and opposition leader Riek Machar started a new round of peace talks yesterday in Khartoum, in renewed efforts to peacefully settle the conflict in their country.
The talks were held under the patronage of Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir and in the presence of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
