Man accused of raping daughter denied bail

WINDHOEK, 10 JUL (NAMPA) – A Khorixas man who allegedly raped his 20-year-old biological daughter on Saturday was denied bail in the Khorixas Magistrate’s Court Tuesday.
The accused’s name cannot be released to protect the victim.
He has been charged with rape and domestic violence and his case has been postponed to 16 August this year for further investigations and for him to apply for Legal Aid, Public prosecutor at Khorixas, Penda Hamunyela told Nampa.
