LG hosts first-ever beard man festival

OSHAKATI, 23 SEP (NAMPA) – The LG Bar and Restaurant at Oshakati on Saturday hosted a well-attended Eembezi (beard) Festival which offered N.dollars 15 000 to be won by the champions.
Fifteen bearded men participated in the festival and Petrus Shimweefeleni from Ondobe in the Ohangwena Region and two local young men, George Shivute and Jona Daniel, were declared the winners at the end of the competition.
