Woman to appear in court for allegedly injuring stepdaughter

ONGWEDIVA, 25 SEP (NAMPA) – A 36-year-old woman will appear in the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday on a charge of assault after she allegedly threw hot water at her stepdaughter, severely injuring her.
The commander of the police station at Onayena, Warrant Officer Natanael Haiyaka on Tuesday told Nampa they are investigating the incident at Oniipa village which left the 10-year-old girl injured on 16 September.
