1 (SWAKOPMUND, 10 OCT, NAMPA) – A toddler drowned in a bucket of water after he was allegedly left home alone by his mother at Swakopmund on Tuesday.
The Namibian Police Force’s crime investigation coordinator for Erongo, Deputy Commissioner Erastus Iikuyu said in a police report the incident occurred around 11h00 in the Mondesa residential area.
