1 (WINDHOEK, 10 OCT, NAMPA) – A 17-year-old boy who allegedly raped a nine-year-old boy in the Sesfontein Constituency appeared in the Opuwo Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.

Magistrate Eliud Nakulonda postponed the case to 21 February 2019 for further investigation, as well as to allow the accused to apply for legal aid.
