Vandalism of electricity infrastructure a concern for Cenored

OTJIWARONGO, 11 OCT (NAMPA) – The Central North Regional Electricity Distributor (Cenored) on Thursday expressed concern about increasing vandalism on its electricity infrastructure at Otavi, Otjiwarongo and Okahandja.
Cenored Public Relations Officer, Chali Matengu at a media briefing in Otjiwarongo said electricity street bulbs, substations’ padlocks and poles, particularly at the three towns, are being randomly vandalised by unknown individuals.
