SEOUL -- South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) agreed to hold high-level talks next week to discuss the implementation of the Pyongyang Declaration, which the leaders of the Koreas signed in their summit meeting in Pyongyang last month, Seoul's unification ministry said Friday.
