Geingob congratulates new secretary general of Francophonie organisation

WINDHOEK, 12 OCT (NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob has congratulated Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Louise Mushikiwabo on her appointment as the new Secretary General of Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie.
The group is an international organisation that brings together French speaking countries from across the world.
A media statement issued on Friday by the Office of the President said Geingob conferred his congratulatory message telephonically.
