Okakarara VTC holds inaugural cultural festival

OKAKARARA, 20 OCT (NAMPA) – The first-ever cultural festival of the Okakarara Vocational Training Centre (VTC) in the Otjozondjupa Region took place at the town’s trade fair centre on Friday.
The one-day event, under the theme ‘My Culture, My Pride’ kicked off in the morning with the different cultural performances, the sale of traditional food and shared speeches.
