Retired Anglican Bishop condemns shebeen operations

OIDIVA, 14 NOV (NAMPA) – Retired Anglican Bishop Hidulika Hilukiluah has slammed the shebeen business and labelled it the source of increasing domestic and gender-based violence in Namibia.
Hilukiluah did so while speaking at the official inauguration of the Oidiva Anglican Church building at Ongwediva on Sunday.
He was accompanied by retired Anglican Church Bishop Shihala Hamupembe and Canon Nangula Kathindi, also of the Anglican Church.
