1 (SWAKOPMUND, 14 NOV, NAMPA) – Five cases of baby dumping have been recorded so far this year by the Namibian Police in the Erongo Region.
In the latest case, a baby girl was abandoned in the Tulinawa residential area of Swakopmund on Tuesday.
