Culpable homicide accused denied bail

SWAKOPMUND, 11 DEC (NAMPA) – The 25-year-old man who stands accused of driving into a toddler and causing his death in the Mondesa residential area on Sunday, has been remanded in custody until further notice.
Natangwe Lipuleni Wilhelm, who was reportedly under the influence of alcohol during the time of the incident, appeared before Magistrate Conchita Olivier in the Swakopmund Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
