Groot Aub robbery suspect denied bail

REHOBOTH, 21 JAN (NAMPA) – A 23-year-old Groot Aub man arrested for alleged robbery on Saturday at the settlement made his first court appearance at the Rehoboth Magistrate's Court on Monday and was denied bail.
Geovenni Meyes appeared before Magistrate Kandinawapa Nangombe on a charge of robbery and his case was postponed to 11 February for further investigations.
The accused indicated he will conduct his own defence.
