Mutilifa allegedly changes Hindjou’s office locks

WINDHOEK, 22 JAN (NAMPA) – Okahandja Municipality Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Martha Mutilifa allegedly changed the locks to the office of the town’s mayor, Johannes Hindjou.
Mutilifa also removed the official photograph of the mayor from a wall at the municipal offices, a senior councillor who preferred anonymity told Nampa.
When this news agency visited the municipal offices on Friday, Hindjou's official photograph was nowhere to be seen on the wall.
