Oil spill affects water reclamation in Windhoek

WINDHOEK, 12 FEB (NAMPA) – The reclamation of water has been halted in Windhoek after an oil spill at the Namibia Dairies plant in Avis on Sunday, the City of Windhoek (CoW) has announced.
