Works ministry to identify local companies awarded tenders: Sankwasa

ONHUNO, 16 MAR (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Works and Transport is currently undertaking an audit process to identify Namibian-owned companies that have been awarded with tenders in the last 10 years, its Deputy Minister, James Sankwasa has said.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of Okatana-Onhuno road here on Friday, Sankwasa said the purpose of the audit is to identify Namibian companies that have been awarded tenders and successfully delivered as well as those that have failed to deliver.
