Nicanor condemns vandalism of toilets at Keetmanshoop

KEETMANSHOOP, 16 MAR (NAMPA) – Keetmanshoop Urban Constituency Councillor, Hilma Nicanor on Friday condemned the vandalism of toilets, calling for beneficiaries to guard them jealously and refrain from misusing them.

Nicanor made the call while handing over 56 toilets to beneficiaries at the Ileni settlement here on Friday.

She said it regrettable that some of the new toilets have already been vandalised before they were even handed over to the rightful owners.
